i-D MAGAZINE

From the UK, i-D is a leading magazine on the art, business and culture of fresh, modern and inspiring design. Founded in 1980 i-D is renowned for its photography and typography. A manual of style, i-D was created by Terry Jones, and was one of the first magazines to break the barrier between art and fashion photography, while capturing the essence of the UK's urban street culture.

i-D has made such an impact on the cutting edge of fashion, design and culture that in 2006, it was the focus of an exhibition at The Chelsea Art Museum. Fans of i-D will recognise the long running theme of a wink on each magazine cover.
